My beautiful ballerina

O.K. O.K. I know I said the last post was going to be it before we left, but Halli had a ballet performance tonight and they would not allow cameras at the show, so we had a quick little photo shoot before we left....she is so beautiful. It makes me want to cry. She did such a great job. She really did not like ballet this time. She LOVES LOVES LOVES soccer, singing, piano, and I am sure she would like hip hop or something with a little more spunk that is just her personality.
But she looked so precious!





o.k. so this really is my last post. I suppose I better go pack or we will never get out of here!

I was sent this in an email and just had to share, because I LOVE art and marvle at talent like this. Eric Grohe is a Mural artist mostly out of Ohio, and his paintings are done freestyle, and they look like you could just wak right through them! absolutley amazing..check it out....

Since Halli and Ethan were little they have always been the best of friends. They are so close in age and you will often see them playing the best game of Dinosoars meet littlest pets or dressing up their stuffed animals or taking the polly pockets for rides in the hot wheels.
But, they are growing up and as sister becomes bossier and wanting her brother OUT of her room (by the way, I am not ready for that) the fights begin!! Summer is such a good time for fights, We are all in eachothers hair and spending a lot of time together. At our house we are working on picking up our own messes and trying to get a long better. But I do feel like a nag and I m trying really hard to be nice about making them clean up (I mean as nice as I can be after the 10th time of asking) SO..the to the point I had asked the kids to pick up their rooms before bed and to my suprise they were actually doing it AND they were HELPING eachother! aahh bliss! I just HAD to take a picture, because it's the little moments when it goes so right that make the not so right times o.k.





UPDATE>>>
Brodey still has an ear infection took him to the doctor AGAIN yesterday and now I have his cold and am sick ...again, oh well. I am looking forward to my vacation next week.

As for the moving thing..we are not moving far actually just down the street, same area same ward same school!:0)

WE ARE COMING TO UTAH...AND I WANT TO SEE ALL YOU UTAH PEOPLE SO LETS GET TOGETHER! IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE IN TOWN I WANT TO PLAN A DINNER OR SOMETHING. SO I WILL CALL. OR POST SOMETHING OR WHAT EVER. EVERYONE IS INVITED.

Sick & tired of being sick & tired!!!

Isn't summer supposed to be the season when you don't get sick? Well actually I wasn't sick with a cold I was sick with (TMI) mastitis, Ugh! And as soon as the antibiotics kicked in and I started to feel better poor Brodey got a MAJOR cold with an ear infection and 103 Deg. temperatures. So poor baby has been awake crying for night and nights and nights! which means that I have too! I am so stressed and I think that a lot of it has to do with sleep deprivation and we are moving in a month and going to utah in two weeks and I have like 6 photo shoots to put on c.d.'s o.k well some of that is fun stuff I like to do, but like I said I think the sleep deprivation and crying baby are making me NUTS!!! I forgot what this was like with 6 years between Ethan and Brodey. O.K. I know I am totally whining! And there are so many of you brave and beautiful women out there who have way more and younger kids than me, so Even though it was fathers day on sunday and I love my husband dearly. I am sending some Love out there to all you mothers who know exactly how I feel right now! And I am steeling this little cartoon from my friend Kristens blog because it is so how I feel right now!!

This is CLASSIC! on the morning of the last day of school my kids were sooo full of excitement. They love school but all the hype of summer (and the full week long party that week of school) has got them thinking that sitting around the house all day, asking "now what can we do?" is better than recess and friends. this is them doing the last day of school dance!




Ethans kindergarden sang 5 adorable songs for the parents and we had a brunch afterward! I can not beleive he is going to first grade next year, it is so sad to see them growing up {sniff} Ethan obviously did not sleep well the night before because he was yawning through the entire thing!! I was just laughing and laughing and took a million pics of him yawning. Ethan we are so proud of you for ding so great in kindergardena and only turning a card 2 times the whole year and learning to read sooo great!



Halli & Lexi



Halli and her friends signed up for the talent show at her school. one of the moms ANNIE helped the girls with the dance and music (thanks so much!! annie we owe you) What did they dance to? well HANNAH MONTANA of course!! It was so so so cute, I might be biast but I thought they did the best out of the whole talent show. Halli sang great. it was right up her ally she always sais she is going to be a rock star when she grows up. All the fam in Cali came to watch.




And since I have been such a slacker and blogging lately I did not post the Daddy daughter dance...so here is a picture of a picture [ha ha] they went to Sushi before. While they were at the dance Ethan and I went on a hike with the scouts. My church calling is with the Weblos and Ethan loves to come with me. he can't wait till he is 8 and can start scouts too!

Ethan loved baseball. This was his first year. It is so cute to see the little guys laying on the grass is the outfield. You just have to love the attention span of 6-7 year olds!

Halli has worked so hard at piano this year and she is doing really well. Her teacher susanne did such a great job and we are going to be sad when she has her baby and isn't teaching anymore. Halli keeps asking me if she can take guitar lessons and I told her she can when she can read music better and play the piano by sight. Both my kids want to start a band when they grow up. I am sure they will be rockin out in my garage some day with Ethan on the drums and halli plying guitar and singing her heart out!!

All I can say is it is time to move the dog food!!!!!! haha {lol}

At Last. . . .

WOW! I am so excited kindergarden is over!!! When Halli was in kindergarden I don't remember feeling like half day was so bad, but going to school 3 times a day for pick up and drop offs! ugh, the end just did not come fast enough. Yeah I know I will have to do it again in the future. but for now all I can say is YIPEEEEEE!!
Schools out! summers here, and I am ready to chill by the pool! Is any one else as happy about this as me? I just feel like things have been CRAZY!
Speaking of crazy
this las week of school and recitals and talent shows etc. was just that!!!
it was a blast and it was crazy and it is why I have been M.I.A. on the blog lately but I have a ton of pics and hopefully will have time to post them soon. Happy summer vacation, and anyone who wants to hang.....PLEASE CALL ME!
