The good that has come of all this, is that we are renting a great house from our friends, with a 3 year lease so I don't have to move for a little while. It is a lot bigger than the one we are in for a lot less $ and they have done a fantastic job of remodeling, and it is beautiful. So I am happy about that and it makes this whole thing a little easier. So any one who wants a steal on a house it goes on the market Aug 1! {SNIFF}

oh my goodness... that is awful and awfully cheap!! i can't believe that the economy has changed that drastic. here in austin we are down a bit, but not that much. crazy! you have done an absolute beautiful job with your house. it is stunning! i love all of the paint work...is there anything that you are not good at??

I'm sorry babe, all I can say is... been there, done that!! I hate the market, it sucks soooo bad! But, the good thing is that the market isn't going anywhere for quite a while, so hopefully you'll be able to buy again before it sky-rockets up again!

Seriously that is such a cheap price for your beautiful big home. My house is half as big and worth a minimum of $280K and I have a tiny backyard. Houses are still very expensive here in Melbourne even with rising interest rates. Just think it's all for the right reason and soon in the near future you will have something even more perfect.

I asked my hunny. He loves the house. He just smiled though and that was the end of that.
I had a dream a couple weeks back that I had received a revelation that we were to sell our home. I didn't want to but knew I couldn't deny the revelation. Maybe my dream was to teach me to stop getting so attached to 'things.' I can't imagine having to do it in real life as you are.

We have actually been looking at houses in cali (around Simi Vally)and was so shocked how much prices have come down! Hopefully you can sell soon though!
